I receive my ESA letter.
I ring using the number on the form and it's changed.
The pip number had also changed when I called them as well.
Isn't someone meant to update this stuff.

It took three hours to write it down properly, then I forgot what I was ringing up for.

Hi whistles,
All the DWP numbers have changed recently from 0345 to 0800 so claimants don't have to pay to call them anymore. This means that more people are calling them and waiting times to get through are high especially after 3pm.
As an adviser I have quite occasionally been on hold for 30+ minutes and when I've got through I've forgot which client I was calling about!
