Are we talking about being found fit for work under ESA?

I should have been out in support group.  And thought I was. But then they srarted sending me to work activity 10miles away from home. I dont travel alone, so alkways having someone to go with me is difficult.   I find it very stressful.  I have lung problems also.just be diagnosised COPD.  I got 0 points awarded. Im on severely disability.  So befor goal post was moved by dwp I met requirements.  It just seens now we all fit the same box. Im back having to request sick notes,  the appeal has started to tribunal but still a 28weeks back log!

On what basis do you say you should have been in the Support Group? Which one of the descriptors did you satisfy? In what way did DWP move the goal posts?

It’s by no means automatic that you would be in the SG. Without wishing to sound harsh, finding something stressful is not the same as being medically incapable of doing it and I’m not clear why you would need someone with you.

It sounds as though you failed to attend work-related activity, which would then see you being sanctioned. Unfortunately it’s not possible to offer any ciear advice as your posts don’t say exactly what the problem is? What, for example, is “severe disability” in this context?
