Well what a shock. Rang this morning and got told standard for both I've lost the car for a second time. So MR getting sent but using the form they do not like you to use. Also contacting my MP as yet again someone who works for gov has completed a gov form fraudulently.
-
Got my decision yesterday guys I have gotten standard daily living and enhanced mobility until 2021!

Hope this is good news!!!
-

Hi @PippaScope And @NannaP
I'm more than happy to help?
I have literally just got back from my MPs office. "They were lovely".
Bev -
Thanks @bevt2017, very much appreciated! Hope your trip went as well as possible.
-
Hi @NannaP
I have found the best way to contact my MP. Is through a website called www.writetothem.com/stats
It's really easy to follow, and they will email you back in about a week or so. to see if your MP has acknoledged your message?
My MP has written 2 complaints on my behalf. 1 to DWP and 1 to ASOS on my behalf.
They have also helped me win my case "Regardless of the ASOS report".
I have wrote about my ordeal in "MP complaint" on scope.
If it wasn't for the community helping me. I would of never known to even contact my MP.
If you need anything just let me know?
All the best
Bev x
p.s don't give up -
Hi @PippaScope
Yes!
My MP is still in london.
But her office who have been dealing with my case was very helpful.
I will tell you what happened in MP complaint.
They even have a file with all my correspondence.
They even took the time to write everything down for me

On reading the award again . They have put "its depression that she has" no I have PTSD which was diagnosed 2 weeks before assessment. Unbelievable
-
@NannaP Hi to my understanding your diagnosis should be 3 months before or @CockneyRebel could tell you and me more on this .
-
Its been a total of 8 years and then finally got to a physiologist who was shocked I wasnt diagnosed sooner
-
@NannaP wow that' a heck of a long time
-
Yes it was but there are reasons as to why. At least its now sorted
-
Email sent to my MP. Waiting for complaint forms from ATOS. I will be taking it higher if needed. These companies cannot be allowed to get away with putting lies in peoples reports.
