Sleep is over rated.....I’d love a full night sleep

Good tips and apply to anyone really. I removed all electronic devices from my bedroom. As a child I grew up in a boarding school and routine for sleep was important and I find myself as a adult still having the same routine, more so waking up than getting off to sleep once I am asleep I can normally stay asleep but the worries of everyday life can make it difficult to get to sleep. This must be the same for children with different disabilities especially when you are trying to fit in at school. For me I didn't feel the need to fit in at school as no one fitted in and having a environment for me was important and I think now a days this is lost with specialist schools closing down and children may not be getting the correct support in school. I think sleep or the lack of it is a good sign that there are greater problems, deal with the problems then the sleep will sort itself out I think.
