Hi there i need some help ive just been awarded pip low rate mobility and no care which what i need most

    When did you receive your decision letter ?
    Have you asked for a copyt of the assessment report ?
    Have you asked for a mandatory reconsideration ?
    was this a new claim or a change from DLA ?

    i love yes i got that last week, and tbh i am really disapointed, i rang and asked for an explanation and the guy was really nic, but said they could take off me what i already got bring low rate mobility , and that he did not think there decition  would change, i feel i said the wrong things and thisngs in th letter i never even said to this assesor

    no it was a new claim love and i did the self assesment before i claimed, apparenly , cab cannot help you fil theses forms in now either,

    sorry im a bit new to this , i have the assessor repport i had the letter back on thw 6th of march .

    It is possible for them to remove your award at MR but most of the time it remains the same. You must do an MR before you can apply to the independant tribunal where the success rate is much better
