Loss of mobilty component

Hi i have just had a letter saying i got 10/12 points.for the mobility and care components of my pips how do i get any help with reconsideration and appeal if needed

    I   would   contact  the citizens advice bureau.  For manoraty appeal  . It must  be started  within one month...  I believe.

    hi henry is right you need to contact CAB they sorted mine out. i would't of known where to start if i had done it on my own

    @reysan, reading your post I take it you got standard mobility and full daily living component.  Is this correct?, You have your award letter so what is the problem that you are seeking advice for reconsideration or appeal if neede?

    Go to your local citizens advice, they will draft up a letter on your behalf stating the reasons why you want them to reconsider the decision. I found them very helpful.

    The criteria for mobility under PIP is different than it was under DLA. Did you supply evidence stating you can't walk further than 20m?

    Disability Rights UK site has a good guide to all stages of PIP.

    Try to get f2f advice from CAB or similar,
