Hi i have just had a letter saying i got 10/12 points.for the mobility and care components of my pips how do i get any help with reconsideration and appeal if needed

I would contact the citizens advice bureau. For manoraty appeal . It must be started within one month... I believe.0

hi henry is right you need to contact CAB they sorted mine out. i would't of known where to start if i had done it on my own0

Go to your local citizens advice, they will draft up a letter on your behalf stating the reasons why you want them to reconsider the decision. I found them very helpful.0

The criteria for mobility under PIP is different than it was under DLA. Did you supply evidence stating you can't walk further than 20m?0
