Standard on one elementI have been in receipt of enhanced Daily Living, and standard Mobility since 2013. This was reduced to standard Daily Living, and nothing for Mobility last week.
I'm currently going through the Mandatory Reconsideration.
The Assessor's Report was riddled with so many errors it beggars belief. I'm not holding my breath about getting it restored at the MR stage. Therefore, I guess I will have to go to Tribunal. I have been through the Tribunal process once before, and won. That time the DWP awarded me nothing for Daily Living, and standard Mobility. This time it's the opposite. I prefer it this way round though, as I have more money to survive on till Tribunal, than I did last time. For that at least, I'm grateful. -

Lost my sdp that I didn't know was holding hands with DLA until they pressed the button- tell us if any recent change didn't get time both letters arrived together.Do not follow me, I don't know where I am going. -
