hi can any one recommend a painter /decorator for a person with health problems who cannot do it thenselfs the person is a 61 year old lady who has many health issues and is disabled with walking difficulties who is moving next week needs a painter to just brighten up a few rooms as the previous person was unable to keep on top of things many thanks

Try the CAB who might know of a charitable group or others who maybe able to help, professional people will charge around the £15 per hour to cover their labour and overheads plus materials.
