Hello everyone, this month I received my first pip payment.
Should I advise the council about my situation with housing benefit? Thank you

    Usually all departments are notified of any change electronically but it will not hurt for you to let them know

    It is not them swapping information, It is about change in financial benefit and it is a good thing. Doing so lessens the possibility that you will be overpaid a benefit and then have to repay it.
