Brain tumour menstrual

I'm 43 and I had a brain tumour 2 years ago it has left me with effects it would be called brain damage I will list the effects my balance as i walk with s four wheel walker now and have a peg feed i can eat small amounts of blended food or mashed up I have other issues as well ..my question is a bit personal.but not sure where to put this I don't seem to get any periods.is this normal for people with brain damage ??

Yes this can happen especially if the tumour has affected the Hypothalamus and Pituitary Gland which release various hormones to regulate menstruation.

Thank you for your reply I think i did see my doctor about it and he said if I wanted them back i could have hrt but would rather not have them at all thank you0 -
Just an update well my period started on the 27th March and now stopping you can imagine the shock I am had bit was relieved and happy that it came back and I'm only 43 yrs0
