Hello @tonimella and welcome to the community. I am profoundly sorry to hear that you are having such a tough time.
I am not a benefits advisor myself, but we have some very good ones here and they will be in touch with you soon (I have referred them to your post). Bear with us if you possibly can and give us a chance to look carefully into this. Something must be possible that will be of help to you.
I am concerned by your 'just wanna die' comment. You matter - to me, to us - so if you are feeling suicidal please ring the Samaritans for free on 116 123. If you believe you are a currently a danger to yourself, please visit your local hospital immediately. You DO matter. Try not to let these b******s harm you more than they have already.
You could also contact the Scope helpline on
    0808 800 3333, 9am to 5pm on weekdays, (closed bank holidays) or email helpline@scope.org.uk
    Here, listening,
    Warmest best wishes to you,
    Richard

    Hi @tonimella

I'm really sorry to hear that you are struggling, and I hope we can support you with what you're going through. We do have a
lot of useful information about appealing a DWP benefits decision and community members who give some great advice - please just let us know how we can support you.

I agree with what Richard has said:
If you are having thoughts of suicide, it is important that you discuss them with someone who is qualified to help. Please call the Samaritans on 116 123 (free) or email them at jo@samaritans.org

If you feel that you may be an immediate danger to yourself, please call 999 or go to your local hospital right away.

You might also benefit from reading MIND’s information on how you can help yourself.

Hi @tonimella. Don't be afraid to get in touch with Samaritans again. I am sorry they've not got back to you, and it can only be that someone, somewhere has got their wires crossed.
