Hello was refused my mobily last august after having a medical, I get the standard money a month.My health as changed since become suicidal now on a safe quard register, I suffer with insomnia severe emotional stress disorder, have epilepsy, angina, visual problems take pills statins and blood cloting meds,Is there anyway I can claim again and try to get my mobility its been over 6 months now from the medical 2017, 7 months nearly. Can someone help me. I have reports from the phychiatrist and report from the cpn. some reason they sign me off.

How long is your current award for ?
Did you ask for a mandatory reconsideration ?
If you have an award in payment then you can put in a change of circumstance if your condition has worstened of you have a new condition that is likely to meet the criteria
