Hi CR.
The odd thing is my daughter was just given Carer's Allowance by the DLA which was to start from 1 April 2018 so none of this makes any sense at all.
And i can not see why they can't send out new forms or call DLA who have all my records on file ,or let her send in what she as on computer ,

Hi gene
Did you keep a copy of your PIP2 form ?
Did you send your form with proof of postage ?
We need to fight this because if you let it go now you can never get it back.
You could try contacting your MP, sometimes thay can make a difference
I might suggest also that You contact AGE UK
https://www.ageuk.org.uk/services/
Have you had a decision letter telling you that you benefit has stopped ?
if so then the next step is toask for a mandatory reconsideration, your MP should be able to help with this
I know it is a holiday weekend but please try the above as soon as you can. in the mean time have a look at the B&W self test

Please do come backwith any questions

Hi CR,
They told my daughter on phone i cannot apply for a mandatory reconsideration
because no forms were ever received back in the post to them by 5 march 2018 and the decision was made that all benefits would end 4 April . Well they have made sure i canont claim my disability benefits they will not repost me another pack to fill out so i can claim pip or provide proof there decision is wrong and .And todate nothing from the email sent to the MP and she add no proof of postage because she couldn't get to a post office in the snow

Hi gene
You really need trained advice now. Did you try AGE UK ? in some cases they can visit I think.
When did you send e mail to your MP ?
When you received the letter telling you that your benefit had stopped There usually is something on the back about if you disagree with this decision what to do
I am going to suggest that you ring the Scope helpline to talk to some one
@Username_removed can you offer any advice please
