A relative of mine has asked me alot of questions about my fibromyalgia and I have since found out she told the doctor my symptoms and got diagosed with ME. She then went to a group and asked a load more questions  of people and got diagnosed with fibro To cut along story short she has now been awarded pip on her lies.
I know what I should do but will I be believe and will it be completely confidential.
If you have doubts then report her. If she is genuine then there you go. i reported someone i know as they were clearly faking it - they were investigated but lies seem to be the way forward these days!

I wonder how the OP know what symptoms the relative told the GP they have?

I have been asked by a relative what symptoms of a fairly common condition I have as she thinks she has the same too. Whether she did get a diagnosis, I don't know.

Amongst ourselves of course....warring clans and all that......

then after a couple of Irn Brus, Bottles of Buckfast, meths ( whatever is handy for stereotypical Jocks) we are all the best of pals again.........

Well HELLO JIMMY!......Hows it gawn? PAL, want a another WEE refreshment ?

Good job we can laugh at ourselves ;)

And if I forget to get offf the train this could turn into a reality!

You have to have a sense of humour. It's one of the things I can fall back on. People laugh with you, not at you.

    Och behave yourself @whistles   ;)

The welcoming committee will be at the train station with welcome mat.......nay it’s going to be the full treatment of the unfurled RED carpet with skirling bagpipes.

If we are feeling extra nice we may provide you with a steaming hot Tunnocks Scotch Pie plus a wee refreshment ......( only if you’re good....mind!)

Is that even possible ? :):):):)

No because I am thinking of a proper bagpipe kilt welcome.
