Hayfever or allergies anyone?
Not wanting to pry but anyone a sufferer and what works for you?
I realise we can't diagnose etc etc, but I can only think of trying Piriton or some sort of homeopathic type stuff. I don't want prescription drugs.
Now my issues I believe are actually being aggravated by people vaping. They are permitted upstairs on the bus and this chemical will travel downstairs. It's not uncommon for the bus driver to get off and do it either at rest stops.
People also do it at the bus stops without giving any thought to anyone- because it's not considered smoking. In fact it appears to be a fashion and I see more doing this than I ever saw smoking cigarettes. You are still smoking, you are smoking something else, probably more harmful.

Do not follow me, I don't know where I am going.

Need to add it to my medical alert ID stuff.
I'm not sure how you'd feel about wearing one but if you were looking to avoid medication and struggling on public transport, many of my friends with severe allergies have recommended Vog-Masks.
Apart from just before bed.
just to let you know, my friend took me to b&m today, needed to stock up on essentials, but that’s the other thread.
I looked to see if they sell cheap antihistamines and they do £1 per pack ..
much cheaper that the branded ones
too much chocolate to choose from though
Unless that means I fall into a man in uniform then we could maybe consider it.
I think the man in uniform only comes with the package if you steal it.
maybe be worth it then.
save yourself £3 per pack and check out B&M x
If someone says oh that's nice what's the make I say Ebay or Amazon.
Decent winter coat is a must have. Little disappointed with Gelert as it leaks. But got secondhand.
Just thinking of other things I could reproduce.
Must be cheaper brands.
Need some virtual carpet for my step.
Guess everyday is different, it's not making me drowsy now. Perhaps that first few times did.
Put it on a list.
Glad your not so drowsy
Tried lists and it doesn't work. End up in my bag in the notebook and forgotten.
I need an Alexa with a mallet in built.
