Looking for floor mat

I'm trying to find a floor mat for my disabled son who is non-mobile and spends a considerable amount of time on the floor. I've looked online at gym mats / yoga mats ...etc but ideally I want something square-ish in shape and most importantly non-textured as with a textured mat my son continually rubs his face against the texture and ends up with sores.
Can anyone recommend a website / stockist of this type of equipment?

Hello probably no help but what about the large mats they have for PE in schools? You could ring local schools to see if they have any spare xxx

Sam, Maybe it's a consideration that you go along to a local carpet shop, especially the shops that do their own carpet fitting and see what off cut they have that's suitable for your son before you invest in a permanent carpet /floor covering etc...!!

Hi Sam, I got a good mat off eBay, the brand is we R sports. It’s not square, but it is nicely padded- which is what I was looking for as my joints take a hammering when doing my physio with a thinner mat! It’s not textured as such, I think it’s goretex type material - easy to wipe off! It’s also pretty easy to move and store as it folds into 3rds.
