Hello @Bella61 and I do hope you receive this. It has taken us an awfully long time to get back to you and I'm sorry about that - we must just be a little short of weekend volunteers. I am really sorry.
As to what to say... Well, it's safe to say pretty much anything you might want to say. Though they're a bit thin on the ground in the very early morning, and sometimes that little bit thin at a weekend, you are genuinely among friends here.
You can chat, rant and rave or anything else. Someone will be listening, because someone here always knows that you matter.
Best thing to do is to tell us - in your own time and without any pressure - about yourself, how you are feeling, what you are going through. This will help us to find the best friends for you, who have similar experiences or specialist knowledge that may be of service to you. That's really what we're for - being of service to people who matter.
