Hello @Disneyprincess1234 and a very warm welcome to the community. Good to have you with us, but I'm sorry to hear that you're being messed about.
You really need to hear from one of our excellent benefits advisors on this one and I know they will get back to you as soon as possible. The weekend may slow things down a tad, but they're usually very quick off the mark.
Please bear with us and, in the meanwhile, if there is anything else you think we might be able to help with, please don't hesitate to be in touch.
    Warmest best wishes to you,
    Richard

Thanks, I have booked an appt with a advisor to start the process and I am back off to the doctors regarding my pain and my condition as whilst they can't increase my meds it does need recording, I did send in letters from my Dr who said my meds make me unsafe and lose concentration plys a foot specialist who said I can't weight bear and have no feelings in my feet which they obviously ignored

That is not unusual, PIP is a functional assessment the DWP are only interested in HOW you are affected. Medical evidence only backs that up with the WHY

Tribvunals can take 6 months to a year depending on your area. once your appeal is accepted the tribunal clerk willbe able to give you the waiting times in your area
