Just wondering if I am in that position now, of having only this opportunity to get my mobility? As I am coming over from DLA to pip?
When the going gets tough, the tough get going.

If you havnt make sure you get help feeling in pip form , ask your Dr to put you in touch with your well being support workers. Get consultants to write letters get as much information as you can Drs letter . Any aids you need . Good luck charlene

If you are over 65 when changing fron DLA to PIP then youmust get your mobility right as it will never be increase
If you are approaching the magic age then whether you are having a review or a change from DLA be aware that this could be your last chance to set your mobility

Cockney
Hi I had to go through appeal I won, I am 62 my paper work from court says to be reviewed 2027 ,, I thought when you were 65 you applied for attendance allowance. -
This is a common mistake.
If you are in receipt of PIP when you hit retirement age. as long as you continue to meet the criteria you will continue to receive PIP.
Only if you have no PIP award will you have no option other than to apply for AA
At retirement age the upper limit of any mobility award is set
