Hello @Mamabear and a warm welcome to the community. Good to have you and your daughter with us.
We do have some expert folk here who will be able to advise you and/or point you in the direction of the best resources to help you, and they will be in touch in due course. I'm not such an expert, but I know that the first piece of advice in such cases is to try to make an appointment with your local Citizens' Advice Bureau or any other similar local agency where you can actually sit down with somebody and talk the forms through. Is there anyone like that where you are?
And, as I said, our more knowledgeable people will be in touch as soon as they can be.
Hope you have had a decent day,
Warmest best wishes to you both,
    Richard

Hi @Mamabear, welcome to the community!

Have you seen the Citizens Advice resource on filling in DLA forms? They have some great in-depth guidance and links to further support which may be worth checking out!
