Local compliance telephone interview

I got a letter this morning informing me of this telephone interview.
I'm really worried about it because I have problems with my speech and thought processes because of an acquired brain injury following Encephalitis.
What if I don't understand a question of can't find my words.
Why am I having this interview? My circumstances haven't changed. I just don't know what to do next.
Help.

    Hi Carol

There is nothing to be worried, it is a simple check on your benefits.

Have you got someone who could be with you at the time of the call?

If so, just put your phone on loud speaker so you both hear what is being asked.

If you have no one, then give DWP a call to explain your difficulties, as they will have to make "reasonable adjustments" to over come your disabilities.

    Hope this helps.

Please come back if you need more assistance.

    Take care.

    Thanks for your reply @atlas46,
I have no-one who can be with me so I will call them to try and explain.
I'm still worried sick as my anxiety had been triggered by the brown envelope.
