Hi all
I've been claiming ESA now for 2 years..i found out this time last year it looks like been getting the wrong amount..would anyone here know?
I'm support group and contributions based,
Esa have classed my pension as occupational when it is in fact an invalid pension ( medically discharged from military) so I've been getting the wrong amount each fortnight as I've been told this should be disregarded?.. I've been fighting to get them to take notice..its been phone call after phone call for 12 months and it's still not sorted..can anyone advise
Many thanks

It was a friend who works for dwp
And also jobcentre staff after I checked..but getting them to take note is proving difficult!!
What figures do you need? -
How much is your invalid pension
how much is your ESA
what is your actual fortnightly payment
