Hi to all,
I don't believe it I have lost 4 kg buy cutting out carbs from my food and just by eating healthily I am amazed I was 88.6 now 84kg.
My blood sugars are back to normal now it's right good.
My username was colourfull now it's rainbows.

Well done on being able to lower your blood sugar levels and losing some weight, I hope you continue to feel good and although it's not easy to sustain it it's much easier than coping with diabetes, you keep on keeping on1

Thank you I think it's a lot easier than coping with diabetes and putting weight on to remove the source of the problem in the first place so hopefully I will loose more in the weeks and months to come found a solution @t last.

Well done, portion control can work too, by swapping the size of plate you use.

Yes I have been using a smaller plate also it works wonders onwards and upwards.

Isn't it great when you see the scales going in the direction you want to go in, I'm pkeaspl for you but remember slow and sure is better for weight loss than a quick fix1
