Hiya.. I'm new here and looking for advice . I've just received my first renewal for esa claim..I've been in support group for 1 year.. I have a variety of condition which means I cant work . What I was wondering is do I just send all my medical information/report . Even the ones I sent last year.. As I have no more new information as doctors/consultant can't offer me anymore support other than physio.. I could go and get an updated print out . But it really won't say anything new.. Also my main condition is variable (I have elhers danlos ...i use crutches most days unless my shoulders issue flair up.. In which case I just get about in constant pain . But I'm actually saving up for a wheelchair which suits my needs . I would need some to push it as my joints won't allow me to self propelled more than a couple of feet... Thank you any advice

hi,
Yes you would need evidence to support your claim. If you can get new evidence on top of what you sent last time then great. If not then just send that. The form does have to be returned by the date in the letter and no later, as there's no extensions for ESA50 forms. Good luck.
