PIP assessment was lies

I don’t understand how she can seem nice and because I suffer from ptsd on top of other issues I find talking very difficult in situations like the medical especially and she even said I can’t take in pubic or go out alone . In fact she told me she left an nhs job as the staff were not supportive of people with mental health , I have no idea how they can score me zero after I claimed dla since 2008 and passed for life
