Hi well what a surprise just received my medical repot and it contradicts its self the nurse that came as not half what I said down she had said I do not look to be in pain I only look tired I can drive when I cannot said I can cook and the las sentence say to review in 16 months as my condition which fibromyalgia will get worse I cannot believe what these people write so looks like the outcome I will be turned down for pip

I'm sorry to hear about the contradictions, it sounds very frustrating! Hopefully you will still get the award, but you can apply for a mandatory reconsideration if not.
It would be great to get an update if you feel comfortable, and also please do let us know if we can give any help and support.

Be very careful, an assessors opinion is just that, an opinion, it is not a fact.
Your opinion is that the HCP is an **** but that is an opinion not a fact.
You can only win an award with facts, whether at f2f, MR or appeal , it is onlt facts that win awards

Hello @CockneyRebel I have gone through the medical report and the nurses health professionals report and looked at the score not good did the online test which said I failed the criteria then went and did the test ticking the boxes which relate to me gave me a higher score than the nurse this is really making me stressed x

It is caza fm is horrible people don't understand it you can not see this condition one day it chroic pain another day just pain full there is no test they made me do all arm n leg movements to.. Etc

Are assors aloud to make assumptions didn't think they could ?t they I seem to miss the most important things you tell them. Must have poor memory, oh no that doesn't exsit.

Lol, to true we certainly don't have bad memory. I got in yo my car after shopping the other day and in backing felt something I hit the side of my car. Got out of my car only to find it was my trolley full of food, plus my purse on top. Whoops but I have a good memory or so says a hcp.When the going gets tough, the tough get going.

I did my esa report today it was a joke can they just lv living I've been so stressed out the last 24 hrs but am not letting them win

I got the brown envelope and to not surprised I didn't get pip but I thought as much when I have looked at the medical report and what they wrote I was not at all happy it had my initials wrong and it was nothing what I said or did so I will have to ring tomorrow for a MR fingers crossed they change there minds otherwise I think I have a long battle on my hands x
