    I will indeed Sam... .
    I was diagnosed with spinal stenosis in my neck & lumbar on the right side, I also have arthritis in my lower back and osteoarthritis in my knees. I suffer with pain especially in my back making it hard walking and doing most daily things, after being so active this has knocked me right down, but I try to do what I can and try to shut the pain out! 
    I have 6 children and 9 grandchildren, 4 chickens and a canary, I suppose I better give the hubby a mention as well lol.
