Problems moving over to universal credit

Hey guys a friend has just signed up for this new universal credit thing and what a **** up has been made . Weve had to make many a phone call to and from ESA to Universal Credit and each one has been passing the blame fron one to another .. who else has had problems with this new thing and how did it get resolved
