Recently my pip was closed which im appealing against but now they stop my esa because they said your not disabled as we dont class you as disabled if you dont receive PIP. Is this right.

PIP and ESA are two different benefits, they have their own unique criteria and are completely separate. You can claim ESA without necessarily claiming PIP. It all depends on what medical evidence you have to support your claim for ESA or PIP. Have your asked the ESA idiots for their statement of reasons for stopping your ESA benefit?
-
I asked the ESA and they said your not receiving pip that why. They know I cannot work as I'm ill with various illness but still they dont understand why they stop it. I havent asked for statement of reason. Thanks for the adivce @debkenzo

Please ask them for a statement of reasons. Have you recently had a medical assessment by these monsters?
-
I will ask them for statement reason and yes i did attend a recent assessment but plonkers said they still making a decision.
-
They can't stop your ESA because you stopped getting PIP. Did you have an assessment for ESA recently?
-
Esa done it to me told me to get a letter off my gp stateing am unfit for work and reasons why she thinks that. Mr gone in with letter stateing that. So time will tell there doing it to nearly every one at the moment
