Hiya all,
Just to let you all know I'm feeling much happier today, yesterday I was over tired and in pain with my knee as it locked the night before while I was asleep but feeling much better now
How is everyone? xx

thanks @susan48 & @thespiceman i live on my own but have full-time care which drives me mad as never feel like the house is my own, I never used to have full-time care only used to have a few hours a day as my hubby was here but even before that i just had carers popping in and out all day but no-one here 14 hours a day i used to be ok with it but now i'm like go and do your own thing and leave me be is that awful? i'm sure i will get better at it well i hope so anyway.

Hello @Helenc44 Thanks for you reply. Sorry about that. No it is not awful. You are right and you need some privacy.
We as a community understand your situation, I am the opposite.
See no one for days , even months have been to. Try now to get out most days, my garden.
I wonder if it possible for you to say to your support. Need some time for myself.
I know that is not easy, I have been there with friends who have had carers.
How to say what we want and not to be insensitive. They have a job looking after your good self, yet you need to express and enjoy your own private little space.
Always a challenge.
Please take care
Am here as all of the community
