This often happens. Have you asked DWP for a copy of the assessor's report and for a mandatory reconsideration (MR)?0

Hello @northy and a warm welcome to the community. So very sorry, though, to hear your news.
I'm not qualified to advise on this sort of situation - don't have the relevant experience - but I'm going to tag some folks in in the hope that they may be able to help you rather more than I can.
For now, warmest best wishes to you,
Richard

They look at the whole claim again.
Is this an MR or change of circumstances?
I would get a copy of the report and see where the DM has now decided you need less care.

Hi @northy
I was on high rate mobility that got stopped in October 2016 and they put me on standard rate both,
my condition deteriorated even more just recently and my nurse and specialist told me to tell them, which I did.
i had a home visit from Atos and I got my letter telling me they had put it back up to enhanced rate both!
dont give up, ask for a MR and send off as much evidence as you can.
also phone up and ask for a copy of the assessors report.
its so draining going through it but take it all the way!
Keep us updated and good luck with it all1 -
Thank you all for your comments, I only asked for my mobility too be looked at again, I had home visit which lasted all of 20 minutes, I have surgery in 7 days and again in 3 months , I'm going too appeal
Many thanks I will let you all no x0
