Hi just wondering if anyone knows the average wait for a pip tribunal.
Mine is meant to be at Ashford,Kent and so far I have been waiting 42 weeks.

    Hi John, I don't know either just sent in my appeal form, it's not good you have waited such a long time.

    Varies from place to place.  There are long backlogs everywhere, unfortunately.

    Thank you for the above replies it just shows how wrong the pip system is.

    No idea to be honest but if that is the waiting time so far (my appeal would have been heard in Ashford too) it has only gone to reinforce my decision to give up.
    That's only 10 weeks short of a year!!!

    Hello, you can actually phone up the courts and ask how much longer you may be waiting. They should have a rough date by now hopefully.
