Is there any higher court to appeal?

In needing help i had 25 points between care and mobility in Feb 2015 usual recall 2 years they have me 2 points i waited 9 months from June 2917 till January 2018 for a appeal court desition January 2018 i replied April 2018 to be told again no 2 points if anything my condition is worse i found my Feb 2015 award letter in wondering is there any higher court to apea l what these people are doing to us all
