Hi I just received my mandatory reconsideration on a decision. But I have not sent off my letter on why I think the decision is wrong or whats more ask for a mandatory. My support worker ask for more time to be able to get information and so on. They knew I would be sending off my letter today. Only to get back and find a letter from.

Hi,As your support worker asked for more time to send the letter back then they knew you wanted the MR. There's a deadline for MR requests and this has to be done within 28 days. Most MR decisions remain the same so it most likely wouldn't have mattered anyway.Your next step is the Tribunal and again you have 28 days to send them your SSCS1 form and dont forget to attach the MR decision letter to the form, otherwise they will refuse your request.0
