Does PIP affect housing benefit?

Hi,
I have just been awarded pip, Does this affect my housing benefit?
I have been advised to check with yourselves to make sure I get all the benefit I should be getting.

I would give your local authority a call and ask them. I think it differs between authorities.

PIP has no affect on housing benefit it is disregarded income and it does not matter where you live
