PIP tribunal

Hi, I had my tribunal 3 weeks ago and was awarded the daily living needs standard rate. I haven't received any payments (I was also due backdated money aswell). Is this normal for DWP to withhold the money for this long?

I received my payments and back pay after three weeks. I think this is the earliest but it can take longer.
