Hi,Your next step is Tribunal and you'll need to fill out the SSCS1 form and make sure you send a copy of the MR decision letter with the form, otherwise your appeal will be refused.Tribunal hearing dates can take many months. There's huge backlogs all over the country and some are waiting 7 months and more.If you don't currently have a PIP award then there will be no money paid. If you do have a PIP award then you'll continue to be paid while waiting for your Tribunal. If you're unsure what you need to do then i'd advice you ring your local CAB and ask for an appointment for help with the next step.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
