Hi again @sam12, I'm so sorry you were subjected to that from the nurse. Was this during a benefits assessment? If so, you may wish to follow the DWP complaints procedure and report what happened.
-
@sam12 that is absolutely disgusting to hear you’ve been spoken to like that, I would most definitely start making a complaint as @Pippa_Scope suggested. I hope today is a better day for you. Xx

Hi, I just started the petition "govrnment descrination against the disabled" and wanted to ask if you could add your name too. This campaign means a lot to me and the more support we can get behind it, the better chance we have of succeeding. You can read more and sign the petition here: https://you.38degrees.org.uk/petitions/government-descrimination-of-the-disabled Thank you!
Please also share this everywhere. -
I had read about the dispicable lies of capita interviews so i had an independant witness attend.
Obviiusly the assessor lied through her teeth.
I have lodged an official complaint to the dwp, i am waiting for a date for a police interview to bring a charge of misconduct in public office against the dm. I have an appointment with a legal firm for a discrimination charge against the capita assessor.
I have lodged a complaint to the nursing body that asked for an investigation. I received a letter from them stating that my proof of lies is enough for them togin an investigation. -
Cant wait to hear what the police say/do
-
@Misscleo ill keep ppl up to date. Would you please consider signing the above petition on govt victimisation of disabled.
Thanks! -
Be glad too where do i sign
-
Click here and do ask others to sign. With enough signatures it has to be presented in parliament and investigated. Could be good timing with the soon un investgation.
