    Hi,

Backlogs are huge and some are waiting a year. The best way to find out your answer with be to ring the Tribunal, give them your reference number and they will tell you approx how long the wait is.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

Rang Tribunal Service today they said there is approximately a 40 week wait in my area, so far it has been 36 weeks so they think I could be waiting for about another 4 weeks or so p. I should get two to three weeks notice of date for Tribunal hearing
