Waiting on PIP decision

Hello just wondering if ye can help me my pip ran out 5 weeks ago had to go on a other atos appointment I passed on my esa mobility group will I pass my pip been waiting nearly 6 weeks for a desision got my last payment 5 weeks an shud of got payed last week but still waiting on a decision thanks

Hi,PIP and ESA are different benefits. No one can tell you if you'll be successful with this claim for PIP. You can ring DWP and ask for a copy of the assessment report. This will give you some idea what the decision is likely to be because they mostly go with that report.There's no timescales to decisions, it all depends on backlog in your area.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
