Befriending Schemes in Manchester

Hello.

My name is Sarah and i am 34 years old.  I was born with Scoliosis.  I have 8 hours care at the moment.  My mum asked about having extra private care but it is too expensive.  I live in Manchester.    Does anyone know any befriending schemes?
