Lost PIP points

I was given PIP a few years ago but after my renewal I was declined even though my condition hasn’t . They previously gave me standard care and included points for toilet needs. I don’t have a toilet upstairs and can not access the toilet safely downstairs in the evening. This time they haven’t given me points for this. They said they don’t take account of where my toilet is. Can anyone advise? I have fibromyalgia.

Hi @Mrs081, welcome to the community!
I'm so sorry to hear this, it must have been so frustrating to find out you hadn't got the points you needed. Are you appealing the decision?1
