Hi we're on the list for a disability social worker. What are people's experiences of them?

Hello @Sharon2002 Pleased to meet you welcome.
Great you are getting support. Personally speaking any support I have had from whether mental health floating support or disability social workers are good.to excellent.
Like all support the most important thing they all do not have is time unfortunately. In the current climate . Due to overburden work loads and numbers of applicants. You must understand that.
So make use of them and please understand they do have a wealth of knowledge and information to tap into.
If you can do much for yourself as you can will be a rewarding relationship. Any ideas or suggestions they may offer . Please consider them as they benefit your well being.
Remember they are not there to run your life for you All I can say.
Wish you the best in your journey. Please also have a look around the forum anytime and feel free to comment talk, chat.
Plenty of information and advice.
Please let us the community how you are doing.
Take care
