I HAVE WON MY TRIBUNAL ON MNDAY THIS WEEK .
I WAS A NERVOUS RECK
I WAS ASKED MANY QUESTION BY THE DOCTOR THAT WAS THERE, HE ASKED ME ABOUT MY MOBILITY IN MANY DIFFERENT WAYS. FELT LIKE HE WAS TRYING TO TRIP ME UP.
THE DISABILITY SPECIALIST JUST ASKED A FEW QUESTIONS.
I WAITED 20MINS FOR DECISION AND IT WAS THE BEST NEWS AFTER 12MTHS OF HELL

Well done, well worth the wait.
Out of curiosity, how long did the tribunal award you PIP. -
I won my tribunal as well got a 2 year award.
1 year backdated which means I have 1 year left so I could have to have a review which means They could stop it straightvaway??? -
Well done.

i got 2years with 1 with back pay -
Hey ange1967 well done it feels amazing doesn't it. I won my Tribunal for my 4year old daughter last week and like you after nearly a year of stress/tears/poverty and horrendous anxiety. I actually burst into tears when they told me that I had been successful. I NEVER cry in public but the relief was so huge. Does anyone know how long the DWP usually takes to repay the arrears? I got the arrears from tax credit ystrdy but have not heard anything from DLA.
-
Great news, well done. It can take DWP 6 weeks to pay the backpay.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help. -

I just got a call today about my award paper work . It’s being done and sent out now. I’ve no idea why it’s taken weeks to get the paperwork go this stage from tribunal. I can only assume there is a back log where I am. Shocking. Waiting on paperwork.
