    @ flynn18, Hi flynn18, try to remember what you put in the applecation form. Don't be quick to answer the questions. Don't do any stretches movements that will or do cause you pain and discomfort you cannot be made or forced to do these. If you have used public transport and have mobility issues be persistent on how long and difficult it was, is to move that distance with out regular breaks, stop to regain your breath ect. Remember what answers you wrote in the applecation form will have to be justified at your face to face. After a week ring DWP and request a copy of your F2F acessment, it take another 14 days after requesting and on receiving will give you an Indecation of what your award may be but you still have to wait for the official award notification letter.     If you are asked for how long can you can walk rather than how far don't just give a time without a distance as assessor might decide you can walk farther than you can.  Say it takes you X seconds or minutes to walk Y meters.  DWP regard 45 seconds to walk 20m as very slow walking.

    Watch out for trick questions such as have you any pets or what are your hobbies.  Pet care especially for dogs indicates a high level of energy and jigsaws and crafts indicate a high level of manual dexterity.

    You might be asked how far from your front door your car is parked and how much driving you do.  DWP think ability to do a lot of driving indicates high levels of energy and manual dexterity.

    You might be asked how you travelled to the assessment centre.

    Assessor will observe you walk from waiting area to assessment room and how you take your coat off (if you do) and how you put any bags down and pick them up again later!
