Upper Tier Appeal

Hi. My wife Dawn has recently been re-assessed by the DWPs' representatives in relation to PIP.
She was originally found to be entitled to Middle rate care and higher rate mobility components for DLA (for life) then subsequently awarded Enhanced rate care and standard rate 'getting around' components of PIP obviously losing her Motability car in the process. 
The PIP assessment itself was very flawed and she asked the DWP to look at the decision again which they did but did not change it so we have carried on with the appeals process which finds her now at the point where she has been refused her appeal at the lower tier and we have received from them a statement of reason with intentions of asking for leave to appeal to the upper tier. Until now, between us we have muddled through everything ourselves but have realsed that we're not going to be able to do this without some kind of representation. In a nutshell, finding representation is AS hard as the process itself. Would anyone be able to point us in the direction of a legal professional, preferably in the Doncaster/Rotherham ish area who would be able to help us? We have tried the local CAB, they don't deal with appeals, Dial, they just gave us a link to a .gov website we had used previously and wasn't helpful at all then and finding a local solicitor with public funding for this kind of hearing is a nightmare.
