Hi,
I am in the proccess for Tribunal. But got one of those automated text from DWP about assessment and making a decision and willbe in touch with a decision. Could it be an error? I feel confused by it. Anyone with experience of this?
Thank you.

Hi @livrose86,
im sorry I can be much help, not sure why this would have been sent.
the only thing I can suggest is to call them and ask.
Hopefully it’s good news, please let us know how it goes -

@livrose86, good luck

@susan48 Thank you very much. All the best

On average the DWP take a total of three attempts at trying to make the right decision. You may find that the third attempt (just before the Tribunal hear your appeal) get you what you are entitled to. Seems damn fishy to me.

Yes, frist port of call is if in doubt about any corespondeance from DWP give them a ring to get the mater clafied good or bad. Best wishes and keep us updated .

Hi I hope you get the answers you need - I too am in the process of waiting for my tribuneral date had assessment in 2017 December, I rang the tribunal centre to ask what are the wait times for my area and they said 36 weeks - I am now down to about 28 so that makes it December/ January 2109 for my appeal! It is terrible when you had a DLA lifetime award and all the lies they tell on your assessment. They said I did not agree to my past claim being considered when the DLA rang me and asked that question I said they could! It is just so flawed and wrong what they are doing and we the vulnerable of society are paying the price. Sorry rant over just so stressed too.

Sorry to hear about your position @elbest its not fair for us all! You are right and all the best. Hope something changes. It really needs to! Good luck.
