Anyone know if you can get a bus pass with having fibermergila please any advise I would be great full thank you

It depends on the scheme, but more importantly, it depends on how your conditions effects your ability to access transport and whether you have supporting evidence.1

Each scheme has variations and slight differences in eligibility e.g. If you are unable to drive, have a long term injury or disability with a long term substantial effect on your ability to walk, partially sighted or registered blind, etc. Eligibility is not dependent on receipt of PIP/DLA; other evidence can be used, including a letter from your doctor.1
