    @vickyanne aren’t we all!
    I had four years of constant re assessments before getting my current ongoing award.
    Sorry you’re having trouble. It’s almost 100% of people applying these days that suffer at the hands of the DWP.
    Such a sorry state of affairs!

    Know how you feel i myself have been fighting and still am god knows when it’s going to be over. My illness is getting worse and I’m wheelchair bound the last thing i need is a court tribunal but that’s what I’ve got coming very soon, not sure what you’re going through but I can imagine that it’s a nightmare. Why’s it always the good ones that get it the hardest. Take care of yourself. NC

    Hi there. sorry tto hear that I too have to use a mobility scooter its the pits! i went to my assesment as my PIP ran out. I have only been claiming it 2 and half years and in that time have got worce. i went to my assesments last time and only got points and award at tribuneral! the dwp blatently lied . played down my accounts at assesments! now im back to my new claim and lost all my points! i went in my scooter and never got out of it yet lost all daily living points and was deemed that i could walk upto 200 metres ! all whilst sat in my scooter! now awaiting the manditory reconsideration.

    Citizens Advice is also good.
    the Benefits and Work website has invaluable info and a group on Facebook made up of solicitors and pervious DWP employees are gold dust too. They’re called Fightback for Justice.
    they can do all the legwork for you and even accompany you to Tribunals to fight for you! They do have a charge but it’s only small in the scheme of things and very worth it!
    Hope that helps x
